OCT-based Profiler for Automating Ocular Surface Prosthetic Fitting

Abstract

An OCT-based profiler was developed for ocular surface prosthetic fitting. Multiple surfaces corresponding to different parts of the cornea and sclera were measured and automatically segmented and stitched together generating a large-area anterior-segment ocular surface.
