Hybrid Optofluidic Device for Fluidic Particle Manipulation and Detection

Abstract

Integrated fluidic control and optical detection are presented through the synthesis of microfluidic automata and optofluidic waveguides. Analyte mixing and fluid velocity are controlled on Automaton while optical detection is achieved via liquid-core ARROW waveguides.
