Phase-Slope Measurement of Tunable CW-THz Radiation and Application for Distance Measurement of Optically Rough Object

Abstract

We demonstrate phase-slope measurement of tunable CW-THz radiation by photoconductive heterodyne detection with a photocarrier THz comb. Distance of optically rough object is determined from the measured phase-slope within accuracy of 100 µm.
