Not Accessible

Your library or personal account may give you access

Abstract

We provide a simple method for accurately interface angle sensing using the spin Hall effect of light (SHEL) with minimum observable angles of 2.4 × 10–5 rad and 1.2 × 10–6 rad for the azimuth angle and pitch angle, respectively.
