Design of Orbital Angular Momentum Modes Coupler Based on Circular Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract

We propose OAM modes generation using an all-fiber coupler based on circular photonic crystal fiber. By selecting the center-to-center distance and coupling length properly, high mode purity (>85%) and high coupling efficiency (>90%) are achieved.
