Abstract

Using a 20 zs/Hz1/2 resolution self-heterodyne-based jitter measurement method, we demonstrate the generation of 113-as (2.5-fs) timing jitter [integration bandwidth: 100 kHz (10 kHz)–3 MHz] soliton pulse train from a 22-GHz silica microcomb. © 2020 The Author(s)
