Integrated-optic spectrum synthesizer with loop-back paths for processing 10 GHz-spaced frequency comb

Abstract

We report an integrated-optic spectrum synthesizer with loop-back paths and an interleaved filter, which can independently manipulate the amplitude and phase of 10 GHz- spaced frequency components. We applied the synthesizer to optical OFDM signal generation.
