2D Single-shot Optical Coherence Tomography under Vibration Environment

Abstract

We demonstrated the performance of 2D single-shot tomography system for vibrating sample. The frequency dependence was investigated with the camera shutter speed of ~1 µs, which is faster than conventional OCT. © 2020 The Author(s)
