Live Visualization of Granule Release from Cells with Simultaneous Cellular Observation by Laser Speckle

Abstract

Live monitoring of granule release from living cells was performed when the cells were observed by a laser speckle (LS) microscope estimating the LS fluctuation. In this observation, the correlation information was obtained between the granule release phenomenon and the cellular condition by the LS fluctuation.
