Reflective Differential Interference Contrast Microscopy for Retinal Cell Layer Imaging

Abstract

We observed retinal cell layers using a reflective differential interference contrast (DIC) microscopy. This technique allows non-stained, transparent retinal cells to be possibly imaged in a three-dimensional view.
