Thermal tuning of plasmon-bright-exciton coupling by redistribution of exciton density between bright and dark exciton

Abstract

We discover plasmon-exciton coupling strength in M0S2 system and WS2 system opposite to each other under thermal tuning. The variation comes from energy difference of bright and dark exciton due to redistribution of oscillator strength.
