Isotropic super-resolution imaging of thick samples with multi-view sub-voxel-resolved light-sheet microscopy

Abstract

We present a multi-view super-resolved light-sheet fluorescence microscopy to enable high-throughput 3-D reconstruction of thick-and-scattering samples, with deteriorated signals recovered and isotropic super-resolution achieved.
