3D super resolution microscopy in Multicellular tissues

Abstract

We combined Bessel light sheet microscopy with Bayesian analysis of bleaching and blinking(3B) method to achieve multicellular volumetric imaging. This technology offers low-background,3D super resolution imaging in thick scattering tissues and organisms.
