Abstract

We demonstrated mid-infrared optical frequency comb generation via coherent supercontinuum generation process, in a large-cross-section silicon nitride nano-photonic waveguide. We experimentally assessed the coherence of the mid-infrared dispersive wave that serves as the frequency comb.
