A Laser Beam Homogenization Technology Based on Diffractive Optical Component and Corresponding Experimental Research

Abstract

We proposed a method of laser beam homogenization based on diffractive optical components. Experiments show that the homogenization system and the image processing reduce the focal spot non-uniformity from 37.02% to 8.6%.
