Abstract

We applied partial transmit sequence and Volterra filtering to achieve 67.6% improvement in capacity in a high-launch-power 60-km OFDM LR-PON. 61-Gbps capacity and 30-dB loss budget were realized to support 64 ONUs with 0.95 Gbps/ONU.
