Quantum interference of the non-degenerate photon pairs in silicon nanowire

Abstract

The non-degenerate photon pairs are generated in a 2-cm long silicon nanowire (SNW). The quantum interference is observed with an interference visibility of 49.1%±3.4%, which is agree with the theoretical value.
