Wavelength tunable source of correlated photon pairs based on photonic crystal fiber

Abstract

By adjusting the central wavelength of pump, we generate wavelength tunable photon pairs via spontaneous four wave mixing in a photonics crystal fiber. The tuning range of the signal/idler photons is from 1310/757 nm to 1610/880 nm.
