Pump-probe Digital Holography for Observation of Femtosecond Laser Induced Phenomena

Abstract

Pump-probe digital holography was performed to investigate dynamics of laser-induced phenomena on femtosecond laser processing for high-throughput and precise processing. We observed laser induced phenomena and their interaction including microplasma, Shockwaves, and cavitation bubbles.
