Ultra-fast Fourier Domain Optical Coherence Tomography Using Optical Demultiplexers

Abstract

We developed ultra-high speed Fourier domain optical Coherence tomography using optical Demultiplexers at center wavelength of 1310nm. The system has an A-line rate of 1MHz. OCT images of in vivo human anterior eye segment are demonstrated.
