A Simulation Study on the Photocurrent of Terahertz Quantum Well Photodetectors

Abstract

In this paper, the many-body effects on the phtotocurrent of terahertz quantum well photodetector have been discussed. The transit behaviors of the photocurrent have been studied within Monte-Carlo simulations. Our theoretical results are accordance with experimental data qualitatively.
