Abstract

We investigated Bax activity after high fluence low-power laser irradiation (HF-LPLI) treatment in human lung adenocarcinoma (ASTC-a-1) cells using single cell molecule fluorescence imaging technique. We found that Bax tanslocated to mitochondria post HF-LPLI treatment.
