Abstract

2μm emission spectra of Tm-Ho co-doped fluorophosphate glasses are measured and investigated. When doping 4mol% TmF3 and lmol%HoF3, the most intense 2.0μm emssion is achieved. Combining the energy transfer processes, the reason is discussed.
