Abstract

Q-switched and mode locked pulses have been demonstraed in c-cut Nd:LuVO4 laser. Using 80% initial transmittance of Cr4+:YAG and output coupler with 70% refleactane, large pulse energy of about 112 μJ has been demonstrated at 18 W pumping.
