Abstract

Various polymer micro-optical and mechnical components with complicated two and three-dimensional geometries have been prepared by femtosecond laser induced two-photon photopolymerization of resins, including aspheric micro lens and arrays, axicones, Dammann gratings, Fresnel lenses, Fractal zone plates, and integrated nanofiber sets.
