Terahertz ATR Spectroscopy of Liquids Using THz-Wave Parametric Sources

Abstract

Total attenuated reflection (ATR) spectroscopy was performed using monochromatic tunable THz-wave parametric sources in the frequency range of 1-7 THz. Complex refractive indices of liquid samples were determined from analysis of the reflectance data using the Fresnel formula.
