Abstract

A LiTaO3 optical superlattice with a cascaded structure was used for frequency doubling and tripling of the dual-wavelength output of a Nd: YAG laser. 780 mW of red light, 146 mW of green light and 84 mW of blue light were obtained, which combined 1.01 W of quasi-white light power.
