Terahertz plasmon-induced dipole emission from a Schottky barrier

Abstract

We report on terahertz modulation of a Schottky interface. An amplitude increase of ~12% is observed for terahertz pulses transmitted through dense ensembles of metallic microparticles containing a surface structure of CuxO/Au.
