Abstract

Single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWNT) based saturable absorber (SA) are investigated by two-color pump-probe experiments at 10GHz excitation repetition rate within the telecom wavelength range 1.51-1.55µm. Results show that SWNT based SA exhibit a great potential for high-bit-rate optical regeneration.
