Spatio-Temporal Characterization of Single-Order High Harmonic Pulses Separated by Pulse-Front-Tilt Compensator

Abstract

Extreme ultraviolet single-order harmonic pulses, separated by a pulse-front-tilt compensator, were spatially and temporally characterized to have a spot size of 58 μm at focus and a pulse duration of 47 fs.
