Abstract

A novel light source, emitted from 10-µm-core Ce3+:YAG double-clad crystal fiber, was applied on optical coherence tomography with 1.5-µm axial resolution in air. The 3-dimensional stroma of fish cornea was mapped as an in-vivo demonstration.
