Stabilization of Quantum-dot Mode-locked Lasers via Optical Injection

Abstract

Waveform instability is theoretically found in quantum-dot mode-locked laser simulations using experimentally obtained device dynamical parameters. Stabilization via optical injection is numerically and experimentally shown.
