Resonantly Pumped 2.1-µm Ho:Y2O3 Ceramic Laser

Abstract

We report the first Ho:Y2O3 ceramic laser operating at 2.085µm with 29% slope efficiency as resonantly diode-pumped at 1.93 µm. Pertinent spectroscopic data are also presented.
