Controlled dispersion in photonic crystal fibers

Abstract

We describe the basic features and state-of-the-art in controlling dispersion using hollow-core photonic bandgap fibers, with application in pulse compression and delivery. We present spectral measurements of group velocity dispersion in several different fiber designs.
