Abstract

Plasmon-like excitation at the interface between fully polymeric fiber sensor and gaseous analyte is demonstrated theoretically in terahertz regime. Sensor sensitivity of 1.3 · 104 RIU to the changes in the gaseous analyte refractive index is predicted.
