Saturated Absorption Spectroscopy of C2H2 Inside a Hollow, Large-Core Kagome Photonic Crystal Fiber

Abstract

Saturated absorption spectroscopy in acetylene-filled, 19-cell kagome-structured hollow core photonic crystal fiber is investigated. The large core size of ~70 µm allows for narrow sub-Doppler features, and the wavelength-insensitive transmission is suitable for frequency measurements.
