Abstract

Control of femtosecond laser pulses by deterministically aperiodic photonic multilayer structures is studied both experimentally and theoretically. We demonstrate that quasiperiodic structure with only 2.8 µm thickness varies duration of phase-modulated pulses up to 30%.
