2D resonant grating optical filters for 850 nm wavelength, in normal and oblique incidence

Abstract

Performances of narrow-band 2D resonant grating filters working for normal or high oblique incidence at 850 nm are investigated. Maximum reflectivity of 54% with 0.4 nm FHWM, and quasi-polarization independence are achieved.
