An Optimized Frequency Locked Loop in a Small Scale CPT Based Rubidium Atomic Clock

Abstract

We describe optimization of Frequency Locked Loop in atomic clock which is based on Coherent Population Trapping in 87 Rb-D2 transition. The clock performance was optimized to have an Allan deviation of 2.8⋅10−11at 1 sec.
