Engineered quasi-phase matching device for unequally spaced multiple wavelength generation

Abstract

We propose a novel quasi-phase matched device that can generate unequally spaced multiple wavelengths. Utilizing 3.2-3.4 µm band difference frequency generation in a LiNbO3 waveguide, we demonstrate the measurement of multiple absorption lines of CH4.
