Abstract

A phosphorescent white organic light-emitting device (WOLEDTM) with 14% neqe at 1,000 cd/m2 (25% EQE with outcoupling enhancements), CIE coordinates (0.46±0.01, 0.46±0.01) and a 50% lifetime 21,000 hours at an initial luminance of 1,000 cd/m2 has been demonstrated.
