Enhancement of Extreme Ultraviolet Flux from High Harmonic Generation Using Quasi-Phase Matching

Abstract

We present new results on the use of low-loss, deeply modulated waveguides to enhance the flux of high harmonic emission at short wavelengths. This is achieved by quasi-phase matched frequency conversion to increase the coherence length.
