Shaper-Assisted Collinear SPIDER for Broadband Pulse Compression in Multiphoton Microscopy

Abstract

The characterization and compression of broadband femtosecond pulses in situ in nonlinear microscopy is accomplished with collinear spectral interferometry based on fs-pulse shaping. Rigorous online phase management can thus be achieved in a compact setup.
