Magnetization Imaging of Single CdMnTe/ZnTe Quantum Dots

Abstract

Exciton magnetic polarons In CdMnTe QDs form through the spontaneous ferromagnetic alignment of the Mn. We show evidence that after EMP recombination, the Mn magnetization persists, directly impacting the next occupation.
