Abstract

We report ultrashort pulse measurement by second-harmonic generation frequency-resolved optical gating with 124-aJ coupled pulse energy using aperiodically poled lithium niobate waveguides. The sensitivity (2.7×10−6 mW2) exceeds previous record by 5 orders of magnitude.
