A Novel TDM Method for Serrodyne Modulation with High Sideband Suppression for Arbitrary Waveform Generation

Abstract

A novel TDM approach has been incorporated with serrodyning to shift the frequency of an arbitrary carrier up to ±1 MHz with highest sideband suppression ever reported. This technique also realizes endless phase modulation.
