Super-high Power Density, Single Mode 980nm Pump Lasers with Weak Temperature Dependence

Abstract

A super-high power density, 980 nm, single spatial mode pump laser is reported. The lasers show COD-free at 2000mW and high characteristic temperature coefficient of 177 K in a wide temperature range of 25-85°C.
