Multiphoton in vivo Flow Cytometry

Abstract

Flow cytometry using two-photon excitation is demonstrated for detection of particles and cells circulating in the blood stream of a live mouse. With appropriate dye labeling, two-photon excitation enables quantitative cytometry in vivo.
