Adiabatically Compressed THz Waveguides

Abstract

We report adiabatically compressed parallel-plate copper waveguides for THz propagation with high throughput compared with straight waveguides of the same separation. This technique can be used for sensitivity enhancement of waveguide THz-TDS.
