Ultraviolet diode laser induced fluorescence detection of biological aerosol agents

Abstract

The threat of biological aerosol attack has become a feature of life. Fast detection of airborne agents and discrimination against benign aerosols has been demonstrated using ultraviolet diode laser induced fluorescence of key biological substances.
